[Hiring] Interim Structured Finance Lawyer @Simmons & Simmons

Role Description

Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from structured finance lawyers who are interested in supporting a key financial services client at Simmons & Simmons. The role is expected to begin in mid-October and run to mid-February 2027.

Qualifications

• 2-6 year PQE lawyer with structured finance expertise.
• Experience in structured finance, securitisation, with some direct lending and banking experience.
• Problem solver with a collaborative approach.
• Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
• Able to work autonomously and collaborate as part of the wider team.
• Relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
