Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Washington or Oregon, with eligibility for admission in the other state.
• 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• 1+ year of construction defect or personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience handling discovery, drafting motions, and participating in litigation proceedings.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and confidence managing multiple active matters.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to take on increasing responsibility.

Requirements

• 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience, including at least 1 year handling construction defect or personal injury matters.
• An active Washington or Oregon bar license is required, along with eligibility to obtain admission in the other state.
