We are currently expanding our legal team and are seeking an Immigration Attorney to be part of our firm. We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring team members, and is deeply committed to delivering efficient, high-quality service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Review affirmative and defensive case filings, provide detailed feedback, and approve them for submission.
• Offer legal guidance and strategic direction to paralegals on casework.
• Draft legal arguments for filings as required.
• Represent immigrants in court hearings and USCIS interviews.
• Train and mentor paralegals, junior paralegals, and assistants to foster professional growth and enhance team performance.
• Provide support to other departments as needed when attorneys are unavailable.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proven experience in a law firm or similar environment, with a focus on case review and legal strategy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in immigration law is essential.
• While not required, speaking Spanish is a bonus.
