Role Description
The Education Attorney is responsible for the development and delivery of educational programs related to Florida real estate law and title insurance practices. This role serves as a subject matter expert who creates and presents continuing education (CE) opportunities for agents, employees, and customers. The position focuses on enhancing professional knowledge by designing impactful training programs, maintaining current industry expertise, and supporting educational initiatives. The Education Attorney collaborates with leadership and field personnel to develop relevant, high-quality learning experiences through live seminars and online platforms.
Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law (Florida preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law and/or title insurance.

Strong knowledge of Florida real estate law and related regulatory frameworks.

Customer service mindset with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

Strong understanding of the title industry, social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation best practices.

Excellent presentation, public speaking, and instructional design skills.

Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver them in an engaging, accessible way.

Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, GoToWebinar), Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and curriculum development.

Comfortable with technology platforms and training users at varying skill levels.
