Role Description
As a key member of our legal team, you will:

Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients with empathy, professionalism, and responsiveness

Manage family law matters from intake through resolution
-
Maintain case files, deadlines, and calendaring using Clio
-
Draft pleadings, discovery, legal correspondence, and simple motions under attorney supervision
-
Support attorneys with mediation preparation and trial readiness
-
Coordinate filings and ensure compliance with Washington State court procedures
-
Meet billing expectations while producing accurate, high-quality work
-
Help create a calm, organized experience for clients navigating difficult transitions
Qualifications
-
5+ years of family law paralegal experience
-
Experience with Washington State motion practice
-
Knowledge of King, Snohomish, and Pierce County court rules
-
Prior experience working in a billable-hour environment

Strong proficiency with:
