Role Description

As a Family Law Attorney, you will lead your cases from strategy through resolution. You will manage complex, high-stakes matters involving:

• Custody
• Parenting time
• Support
• Contested litigation

Qualifications

• Proven success handling complex family law matters — including divorce, custody, parenting time, support, and post-decree disputes
• Ability to take ownership of case strategy by developing aggressive, tailored legal approaches designed to achieve strong, results-driven outcomes for clients
• Demonstrated courtroom and negotiation strength, with the ability to advocate confidently in hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and contested proceedings
• Strong legal research, analytical, and issue-spotting abilities
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
• Experience mentoring junior attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff
• Highly proficient with legal technology, case management systems, e-filing platforms, and operational workflows
• Licensed in TX

Requirements

• Own high-stakes family law matters end-to-end, delivering sharp legal counsel and commanding representation while keeping clients informed, aligned, and confident at every stage
• Produce flawless work product — draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and agreements with precision, speed, and zero-compromise accuracy
• Architect winning case strategies by translating complex facts into clear, executable legal plans tailored to each client’s objectives
• Negotiate from strength, leveraging preparation and insight to secure favorable settlements and outcomes
• Operate ahead of the curve, using deep legal research and evolving case law to outthink opposing counsel
• Perform in court with authority, delivering focused arguments, strategic cross-examinations, and decisive advocacy under pressure
