Role Description

PSI is seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our legal team in Washington state. It is a remote position. The ideal candidate will specialize in family law matters including:

• Divorce
• Child custody
• Child support
• Alimony
• Related issues

This role requires exceptional client advocacy, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage sensitive cases with empathy and professionalism. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for:

• Advising clients
• Drafting legal documents
• Representing clients in court
• Negotiating settlements

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in Washington State.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing family law.
• Strong knowledge of family law statutes, case law, and court procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential client information with professionalism.
• Compassionate and patient approach to client advocacy.
