Role Description

Join a dynamic legal team as an experienced Residential Conveyancer working remotely. You will:

• Manage a mixed caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion.
• Deliver exceptional client service.
• Ensure regulatory and file compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements and the adoption of conveyancing technology.

The caseload will be varied, so full scope of experience across Residential Property will be key here, together with managing own caseload independently for a period of at least 3 years.

• Experience in Residential Conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a mixed caseload independently.

• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing own caseload.
• Full scope of experience across Residential Property.
