Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Virginia Bar license (required).
• DC Bar and/or Maryland Bar license (preferred).
• Experience in estate planning and/or estate and trust administration (required).
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with a client-first approach.
• Ability to manage multiple active matters and deadlines with precision and sound judgment.
• Collaborative, professional demeanor and comfort working alongside attorneys and staff.
• Familiarity with practice management software a plus.
• Must be located near Arlington, VA to support in-person client meetings.
