[Hiring] Employment Law Analyst @ComPsych Corporation

Role Description

The Employment Law Analyst will provide support to ComPsych’s Absence Management team through conducting research and providing updated legal information.

• Conduct ADA and FMLA compliance research as well as state and municipal leave policy research
• Communicate updated information to ComPsych’s Sales, Account Services and Operations teams
• Work with Absence Management team members to adjust guidance around FMLA/ADA updated compliance
• Review and organize current research data
• Special projects as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, JD preferred
• Demonstrated research skills
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Occasional travel to the Chicago office for onsite team meetings
