Role Description
Ogletree Deakins has multiple opportunities for attorneys with 7+ years of labor & employment experience to join the firm to work directly with a specific group of our clients on a variety of employment law matters! This is a flexible opportunity for an attorney to assume the role of a non-shareholder track counsel on a fully remote basis from any location.

Responsible for developing and conducting recorded webinars on employment-related topics.

Draft/revise policies, handbooks, forms, checklists, and other documents for clients.

Included in the firmβs annual all attorney retreat and have access to extensive learning and development resources.

Must reside in a state where the firm has a physical office.

Qualifications
-
Juris Doctor.
-
Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in any state.

Must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice during employment.

7+ years of employment law experience.
-
Extensive experience advising clients on employment-law-related matters, conducting training, and drafting and revising employment-related policies and forms.

DOT/trucking law (i.e., hours of service, FMCSA, medical certifications, and CDL issues)

Background checks

Expertise on state and local laws in NJ, NY, CT, and/or MA preferred.
Benefits

Expected salary range for this position is between $190,000 and $207,500 in various states including Colorado, New York, California, Washington, DC, and Maryland.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
