A leading national law firm is expanding its Labor & Employment practice and is seeking experienced attorneys for several virtual office opportunities. California remains the highest-priority market, with a particularly strong need for California-barred Counsel-level attorneys. Qualified attorneys in additional priority markets are also encouraged to apply. These opportunities are designed for experienced attorneys who want to practice at a high level while benefiting from a remote work environment, flexible billable-hour targets, and reduced business-development pressure.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of business immigration experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong client-service orientation

Requirements

• California-barred attorneys are a top recruiting priority.
• Experience in Labor & Employment, Employment Litigation, Management-side Employment Law, Wage & Hour, General Liability, Negligence, Construction Litigation, Employment Counseling, Workplace Investigations, Complex Litigation.
• For Business Immigration Attorney:
  • Nonimmigrant visa matters (H-1B, L-1, E, TN, O classifications)
  • Employment-based immigration (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3)
  • PERM, I-140 petitions
  • Requests for Evidence (RFEs)
  • Immigration compliance (I-9 audits)
  • Employer counseling
