Role Description

The Document Review Attorney role provides new hires with an opportunity to learn about and familiarize themselves with our various practice areas, as well as demonstrate their ability to meet performance expectations. As you progress, growth opportunities become available based on performance. • Review pleadings and other documents with a high degree of accuracy and compliance with local rules, the Bankruptcy code, and all client directives.
• Ensure all internal systems are updated to include findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements, as applicable.

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate through both verbal and written electronic correspondence.
• Demonstrate an excellent ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations.
• Meticulous analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Dedication to superior customer service and timely interactions with our valued clients.
• Aptitude and desire to learn and continuously improve.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor.
• Active Bar membership (any U.S. State).
• Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred.
• Bankruptcy experience preferred but not required.
