[Hiring] Corporate Paralegal @Kapital Data

Role Description

The firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal with a strong background in corporate law, excellent project management skills, and meticulous attention to detail. The candidate will work in a fast-paced, remote environment, collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality work.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and file Trademark/Copyright assignment agreements with the USPTO.
• Prepare and file UCC financing statements.
• Draft corporate documents (resolutions, written consents, LLC agreements, bylaws, etc.).
• Manage entity formations (LLCs, corporations, EIN acquisition, etc.).
• Perform general paralegal and office administration tasks.
• Support client billing processes and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate and/or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience (law firm or in-house).
• Registered notary public or willingness to obtain (including remote online notarization).
• Familiarity with US securities filings (Form ID, Form D, Blue Sky filings).
• Strong organisational, communication, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Clio, NetDocuments, Adobe PDF, DocuSign, and Litera Workshare Compare.
• Action-oriented, collaborative, and responsive with excellent interpersonal skills.
