Role Description
The Corporate Paralegal will play a critical role in supporting the Company's legal, governance, and commercial operations within a large, international manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for:

Creating, maintaining, and administering a comprehensive document management system.

Serving as the primary liaison with external legal counsel.

Drafting and redlining a wide range of corporate and commercial documents.

Performing all other core paralegal functions required to support a complex, multi-jurisdictional organization.
This role requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, organizational skill, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and executive leadership.
Qualifications

Paralegal certificate from an accredited program or equivalent combination of education and experience.

5+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal, preferably in a large, multinational company or comparable law firm environment.

Demonstrated experience drafting and redlining commercial contracts.

Strong knowledge of corporate governance practices and document management systems.

Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract/document management software.
Requirements

Experience supporting an international manufacturing, industrial, or supply-chain-driven organization.

Familiarity with international subsidiaries, cross-border transactions, and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
