Role Description
As our business continues expanding globally and working with major enterprises, governments, and technology partners, Hydra Host is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Attorney β Contracts to manage, negotiate, and oversee complex commercial agreements across our global operations. This role is critical to ensuring Hydra Hostβs strategic growth is supported by strong legal frameworks, sound risk management, and efficient contracting practices.
The Corporate Attorney β Contracts will be responsible for:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial, vendor, and partnership agreements.

Advising internal stakeholders on contract risk, compliance, and legal strategy.

Working closely with executives, sales, procurement, and operations teams to ensure contracts align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Contract Drafting & Negotiation:
Prepare, negotiate, and finalize various commercial agreements, including customer contracts, vendor and supplier agreements, NDAs, licensing, and partnership deals.

Legal Advisory:
Provide practical legal advice on contract interpretation, compliance obligations, and risk mitigation strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams to support deal structuring and contracting efficiency.

Policy Development:
Develop and maintain standard contract templates, playbooks, and contracting workflows to streamline processes and ensure consistency.

Risk Management:
Identify legal and business risks in contractual relationships and propose creative, pragmatic solutions to mitigate exposure.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to applicable data protection, export control, and other relevant regulatory frameworks in global transactions.

Dispute Prevention & Resolution:
Manage or assist in resolving contract-related disputes and escalations.

Ongoing Support:
Support other corporate legal matters as needed, including governance, compliance, and operational legal initiatives.
Qualifications

J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (or international equivalent for global applicants).

6+ years of experience as a transactional or corporate attorney, ideally with both law firm and in-house experience.

Extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial and technology contracts.

Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, data center operations, cloud, or SaaS business models preferred.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and written communication skills.

Business-oriented mindset with an ability to balance legal prudence with commercial flexibility.

Experience with cross-border contracts or international legal frameworks a plus.

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

High integrity and sound judgment.
Requirements

Salary: 175000 - 200000 USD Per annum.
