[Hiring] Contracts Administrator I @Exol

Role Description

As the Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for contracts administrative support and reporting, vendor management, and ad hoc projects that will support our growth in the robotics and automation space. This position reports to the Director, Global Contracts.

• Responsible for sending agreements and contracts, such as non-disclosure, consulting agreements, and related SOWs out for signature.
• Working with vendors to collect information and follow up on questions related to the agreements.
• Work in close collaboration with global cross-functional teams throughout the contract cycle.
• Assist with maintaining contracts database, including activities relating to workflow, processes, and reporting.
• Assist with tracking consultants and staff augmentation.
• Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• Experience with the Microsoft Suite.
• Thorough knowledge and experience with Adobe Acrobat and DocuSign.
• Fluent in Spanish – Speaking, writing, reading, preferred but not required.
• Careful attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Up to 10% travel may be required.
• Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
• The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
