Role Description
We are seeking a seasoned Commercial/Tech Transactions Attorney to support our client’s Enterprise Go-to-Market (GTM) team. In this role, you will negotiate and structure complex cloud services and technology agreements with some of the company’s most strategic customers. You will partner closely with sales and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate commercially significant deals while balancing business objectives with legal and compliance considerations.

Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and structuring complex cloud services, SaaS, and technology agreements with strategic enterprise customers.

Providing practical legal and commercial guidance to support sophisticated, fast-moving sales transactions.

Partnering closely with sales and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate commercially significant deals while appropriately addressing legal and compliance considerations.

Developing creative, solution-oriented approaches to complex contracting and negotiation challenges.

Applying strong judgment and attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

Learning and applying the client’s established deal frameworks and negotiation style.
Qualifications

10+ years of commercial contracting experience, with a focus on cloud or SaaS agreements.

Proven experience supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) teams and partnering closely with sales organizations on complex commercial transactions.

Proven success supporting sophisticated, fast-moving sales organizations.

Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and demanding customers.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage periods of increased workload, particularly during quarter-end and year-end.

Juris Doctor degree or equivalent and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction.

Compensation

The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.
