Role Description

You’ll lead the evolution of our commercial legal function — creating clarity, removing friction, and empowering teams to build confidently. Expect meaningful ownership and close collaboration with product, operations, partner programs, and leadership as you:

• Build scalable, future‑ready legal processes that keep pace with our global growth
• Partner across the organization to deliver practical, business‑focused commercial guidance
• Turn complex challenges into clear, repeatable frameworks and decision paths
• Shape global contracting standards that drive consistency and efficiency
• Guide the creation and launch of new services and commercial models
• Translate legal concepts into accessible, actionable advice
• Elevate legal awareness by scanning emerging trends across cloud, data, privacy and cybersecurity

Qualifications

• Extensive experience navigating complex commercial and technology agreements
• Proven ability to simplify complexity and negotiate clear, strategic outcomes
• Strong judgement across intellectual property, security, privacy and commercial risk
• Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and lead with clarity
• Considerable experience shaping processes, frameworks, and scalable legal operations
• Confidence with collaboration tools and contract management systems

• Salary Range: $180,000 to $200,000 or more, depending on experience
