to support critical client onboarding and conflicts review functions that are essential to delivering timely and accurate service across the firm.
The ideal candidate is organized and collaborative, with strong judgment and the ability to analyze information, identify issues, and communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders.

The preferred schedule for this position is based on location:

12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time

11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time

10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time

9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time
Flexibility is needed to support business needs.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Minimum three years of experience in research.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook, along with experience working with databases.
Requirements

Ability to develop and execute search strategies to obtain accurate results from electronic databases.

Ability to synthesize complex or diverse information, to collect and research data and to use intuition and experience to analyze data.

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to requests from employees at all levels, including in challenging situations.

Ability to produce clear and concise written communications, including conflicts report summaries and email correspondence.

Strong attention to detail, with accurate and efficient data entry skills.

Ability to follow instructions provided in various formats and apply sound judgment in resolving routine problems with multiple variables.

Ability to deliver exceptional client service, demonstrate flexibility, adapt to changes, and work in a team-oriented environment.
