Role Description

The position is for a Senior Civil Legal Paralegal / Accredited Representative on a contract basis, with a compensation of $70/hour, and the role is remote.

• Review AI-generated legal guidance for procedural accuracy and documentation quality.
• Evaluate the correctness of procedures in housing, family, consumer debt, and bankruptcy scenarios.
• Identify filing errors and missing procedural steps to enhance legal workflows.
• Provide structured written feedback to improve the practical usefulness of AI outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Senior Paralegal or Accredited Representative.
• Strong knowledge of civil legal procedures.
• Experience supporting housing, family, consumer, or debt matters.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Requirements

• Legal aid or nonprofit legal services experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with jurisdiction-specific filing procedures (preferred).
• Experience supporting underserved populations (preferred).
• Experience mentoring legal support staff (preferred).
