Role Description

This highly flexible role will allow the right candidate to work remotely without the administrative and client-development demands of a shareholder/partner track position.

This position may be remote, but the successful candidate must reside in a state where we have a physical office.

• This attorney's role will focus on reviewing immigration petitions for a full range of U.S. employment visas.
• The attorney will be included in the firm’s annual in-person all-attorney retreat.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing business immigration as a licensed attorney.
• Experience working in a high-volume business immigration practice group.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Must be well-organized with the capacity to prioritize and take initiative in case management.
• Excellent skills in research and writing affidavits and briefs.
• Excellent proofreading, editing, reading comprehension, and time management skills.

• Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and be in good standing in their primary state of residence.

Benefits

• In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $170,000 and $170,000.
• In accordance with New York State’s Wage Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this New York State position is between $170,000 and $170,000.
• In accordance with California’s amended labor code, as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $170,000 and $170,000.
• In accordance with the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities act, the expected salary range for this Washington position is between $170,000 and $170,000.
• In accordance with the Wage Transparency Omnibus Amendment Act, the expected salary range for this DC position is between $170,000 and $170,000.

• In accordance with Illinois Equal Pay Act Transparency Notice, the expected salary range for this Illinois position is between $170,000 and $170,000.
• In accordance with Massachusetts Frances Perkins Workplace Equity Act, the expected salary range for this Massachusetts position is between $170,000 and $170,000.
• In accordance with the Minnesota Pay Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this Minnesota position is between $170,000 and $170,000.
• In accordance with New Jersey Senate Bill 2310, the expected salary range for this New Jersey position is between $170,000 and $170,000.
• A good faith estimate of the current scale range for this position in Ohio is $170,000 and $170,000 annually.
• Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
