Role Description
This highly flexible role will allow the right candidate to work remotely without the administrative and client-development demands of a shareholder/partner track position.
This position may be remote, but the successful candidate must reside in a state where we have a physical office.

This attorney's role will focus on reviewing immigration petitions for a full range of U.S. employment visas.

The attorney will be included in the firm’s annual in-person all-attorney retreat.

Qualifications
-
Juris Doctor.
-
A minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing business immigration as a licensed attorney.

Experience working in a high-volume business immigration practice group.

Outstanding academic credentials.
-
Must be well-organized with the capacity to prioritize and take initiative in case management.

Excellent skills in research and writing affidavits and briefs.

Excellent proofreading, editing, reading comprehension, and time management skills.

Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and be in good standing in their primary state of residence.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $170,000 and $170,000.

In accordance with New York State’s Wage Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this New York State position is between $170,000 and $170,000.
