Role Description

We’re looking for enthusiastic and talented Bilingual Immigration Paralegal and (or) Declarations Writer to join our dynamic team! This role requires the candidate to be bilingual (Spanish–English).

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English-Spanish)
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in humanitarian immigration cases (VAWA, T Visa, U Visa, Family Based)
• Experience in taking declarations and drafting legal documents
• Basic knowledge of immigration legal documents, processes, and workflows
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, concisely, and accurately

Requirements

• Drafting and taking client declarations
• Packet Preparation: Prepare middle-role legal packets—including cover letters, correspondence, and forms—ensuring clarity, accuracy, and logical structure based on templates and case details.
• Research and information gathering
• Learning and applying internal processes
• Client communication
• Collaborative teamwork
