Role Description

We’re looking for enthusiastic and talented Immigration Junior Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team! This role requires the candidate to be bilingual (Spanish–English) and have experience in taking declarations, drafting legal documents, and direct communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English-Spanish)
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in humanitarian immigration cases (VAWA, T Visa, U Visa)
• Experience in taking declarations and drafting legal documents
• Basic knowledge of immigration legal documents, processes, and workflows
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, concisely, and accurately
