We are looking for a highly qualified Immigration Court Paralegal to work hand-in-hand with our legal team and Attorney Auguy in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law with a robust focus on immigration court cases (Motions, Removal, AOS, Notions to appear, Habeas Corpus, Detained clients).
• B2-C1 proficiency in English.
• Excellent legal research skills, technical document drafting, and meticulous file organization.
• Assertive communication, deep empathy toward the immigrant community, excellent time management, and strict professional ethics and confidentiality.
• High attention to detail, adaptability to changing legislation, and a strong teamwork orientation.
