Role Description
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Case Manager (English/Spanish) to join one of our client firms. This role is ideal for an experienced personal injury professional who is passionate about client service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing U.S. law firm.

Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through resolution.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring an excellent client experience.

Coordinate medical treatment, request medical records, and manage billing documentation.

Work closely with attorneys to keep cases moving efficiently and support overall case strategy.

Draft correspondence, case summaries, and other legal documents.

Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other third parties.

Track deadlines, follow-ups, and important case milestones.

Maintain accurate and organized case files within the firm's case management system.

Assist with settlement preparation, including collecting supporting documentation and resolving outstanding balances.

Provide additional administrative and case management support as needed.
Qualifications

Must be located outside of the United States (international applicants only).

Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) required.

Personal injury law firm experience is strongly preferred.

Previous experience as a Case Manager or in a similar legal support role is preferred.

Strong understanding of personal injury case workflows, medical treatment coordination, and settlement processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal case management software.

Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
