[Hiring] (B2B) Business Immigration Attorney – Corporate Practice – all levels @Manifest Law

Role Description

As a Manifest Attorney, you guide clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives and carry matters forward to the outcome they need. Your responsibilities include:

• Owning a matter from handoff through final submission, building the legal strategy, and managing every milestone.
• Working across the full employer immigration spectrum or focusing on your specialty — H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-1/E-2/E-3, O-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, and PERM labor certification.
• Using your legal judgment to assess which prospects have legitimate cases, building trust quickly, and setting honest, clear expectations before a matter moves forward.
• Managing the client relationship through the life of the case and overseeing paralegals in your pod on document collection, organization, and filing logistics.
• Advising employers and employees directly on petition strategy, RFE response, and compliance obligations.
• Using Manifest's AI tools and technology to support case quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. bar admission.
• Strong working knowledge of employment-based immigration, including NIV and IV matters.
• Clear, confident communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Comfort in a high-cadence environment with real volume expectations.

Requirements

• Associate (Yrs 0–3): Strong research and writing skills, organized and responsive work style, genuine interest in employer immigration.
• Mid-Senior Level Associate (Yrs 4–7): Hands-on H-1B, PERM, or intracompany-transfer experience; comfort working directly with HR contacts.
• Sr. Associate (Yrs 8+): Deep expertise across the employer immigration spectrum; ability to serve as a trusted strategic advisor to client HR and Legal leadership.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

Manifest is a remote-first firm, and this role is open to candidates in the United States. The good-faith salary range for this position is $115K - $215K USD. This range reflects base compensation and may not include bonus, equity, or other components of total compensation. Actual pay is determined by a range of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's location, experience, education, and skills.
