Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving attorney‑represented bodily injury claims within our Extended Handler Bodily Injury (EHBI) Casualty Unit. This includes:

• Confirming the facts of loss for complex automobile accidents
• Determining coverage, liability, and damages
• Negotiating settlements within assigned authority limits
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members
• Driving consistent, high‑quality claim handling and development across the team

We are seeking an experienced Attorney-Repped Bodily Injury Consultant. The ideal candidate will be:

• Comfortable navigating technology
• Thriving when juggling multiple priorities efficiently
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Adaptable with effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Experienced in handling AL injury claims (highly desirable)

Requirements

• This job does not have supervisory duties.
• Individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding.
• Applicants seeking an adjuster role who also hold a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed to by the licensing team.
