• Represent clients in criminal defense cases, ensuring their rights are protected and their voices heard.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong, evidence-based defense strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, providing clear, compassionate guidance throughout the legal process.
• Prepare and file legal documents, motions, and briefs with precision and attention to detail.
• Negotiate plea deals and settlements with prosecutors, aiming for the most favorable outcomes for clients.
• Attend court hearings and trials, presenting cases with confidence and professionalism.
• Stay updated on changes in criminal law and legal precedents to maintain a cutting-edge practice approach.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong understanding of criminal law and legal procedures.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in criminal defense.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating plea deals and representing clients in court.
