Role Description

SSP Law Co. LPA is seeking an attorney to join our growing business and real estate transactional practice area. This is a remote position for a candidate located in the Columbus area.

The successful candidate must exhibit a "client first" approach to the practice of law.

• Preferred experience or knowledge in Business & Real Estate Transactional including:
• Business and entity formation, selection, and structure
• Contract drafting, review and negotiation
• Drafting of corporate documents for complex business transactions
• Buying/Selling a Business
• Real Estate Acquisitions, Dispositions, Leasing and Title
• Partnerships and Mergers & Acquisitions
• Real Estate Title and Closing Experience
• Commercial Finance including Borrower and /or Lender Representation

• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to delivering quality legal work for the firm's clients
• Commitment to growing their practice
• Excellent analytical, writing, and legal research skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Work with a sense of urgency

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in Ohio
• Juris Doctorate degree required
• 2-3 years of experience preferred
