Role Description
The Associate Paralegal will be responsible for assisting in various strategic projects and day-to-day activities to the Legal and/or M&A groups. The incumbent must be a hands-on, results-focused individual with exceptional organizational skills. The paralegal must possess unimpeachable integrity and credibility in order to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding legal activities.
Responsibilities

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED and a minimum of 4 years of related work experience, OR
-
AAS Degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 2 years of related work experience, OR
-
BA/BS Degree or higher in a relevant field

Pay Range
$63,000-$78,800/yr. Education, experience, location and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
