[Hiring] Associate Immigration Attorney @AG Law Firm

Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate with excellent skills to become a part of our growing team. The ideal candidate will be available for full-time work, but a part-time arrangement will be considered.

• Responsible for all aspects of clients’ matters, including:
• Meeting with prospective clients
• Devising strategies
• Finalizing and customizing immigration documents
• Drafting immigration and family pleadings, briefs, and motions
• Supervising and delegating work to paralegals and assistants
• Preparing for and attending immigration court hearings
• Supervising applications

Qualifications

• 5+ years of attorney experience in immigration
• Active member of the State Bar
• Fluent in Spanish

• Ability to interact with clients, colleagues, and co-workers in a compassionate, personable, and professional manner.
