Role Description

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in any U.S. state; Washington preferred.
• 2+ years of directly relevant immigration attorney experience preferred, but strong candidates with less experience may be considered.
• Strong legal research, writing, oral advocacy, and client communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
• Cultural competence and strong cross-cultural communication skills.
• Spanish or another language is a plus.
• Ability to travel for in-person court appearances in the Seattle/Tacoma area.

Requirements

• An active bar license in good standing in any U.S. state is required; Washington admission is preferred.
• Recent graduates with pending bar membership may also be considered.
