Role Description

Groom Law Group is seeking a senior-level associate or counsel to join our Fiduciary practice group. Our firm’s extensive experience, collaborative approach, and proven record of success make us the leaders in benefits, retirement, and health care law.

Responsibilities include:

• Involvement in fiduciary work for our fiduciary services group.
• Legal experience working on ERISA fiduciary issues including:
• Retirement plan investments
• Fiduciary governance
• Plan reporting and disclosure
• Fee disclosure requirements
• Familiarity with plan services arrangements and investment products is a plus.

Qualifications

• Superior academic credentials
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong writing skills
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Interest in ERISA
• Experience in securities and banking law is encouraged

The expected annual pay range for this position is $325,000 - $450,000. Please note that the offer amount will be dependent on attorney class year, relevant experience, and skillset.
