Role Description

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join a high-performing team based in Jacksonville office. This attorney will focus on employment matters, and the position is ideal for someone with strong writing skills who is ready to take ownership of their cases and grow their litigation skills. We are open to remote candidates based in Florida.

• Draft discovery, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct document review and case triage.
• Participate in depositions early in your tenure.
• Manage deadlines and follow established processes and training protocols.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of litigation experience, with Employment litigation strongly preferred.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage competing projects and deadlines.
• Strong sense of personal accountability and confidence to handle depositions and hearings.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to a collaborative team culture.
