We're a mental health tech platform connecting licensed psychologists with people who need support and educating thousands through our social media content. We're on a mission, we move fast, and we need a Founder's Associate, who is working closely with the founders and who can operate at the intersection of law, ops, and AI.

βοΈ Legal & Compliance: researching regulations across jurisdictions, drafting T&Cs, Privacy Policies, Cookie Policies, and navigating psychologist licensing requirements country by country and more

ποΈ Recruitment: writing job posts, screening candidates, running first-round interviews, and helping build our hiring engine

π© Communications: managing third-party emails, leading outreach & representing us professionally

π Research: going deep on markets, competitors, regulations, and anything else the business needs to move forward

π£ Marketing Support: contributing to social content, copy, and campaign ideas
Qualifications

Fluent in English: (written + spoken professional level) non-negotiable.

AI Power User: You are an expert in prompt engineering and the current AI ecosystem (LLMs, automated research agents, and workflow tools like Zapier/Make).

Educational: You must have a degree in Law. You understand legal frameworks but believe traditional legal processes are ripe for disruption via AI.

Operational Mindset: You enjoy "building the machine." You see a manual process and immediately think of how to automate it.

Adaptability: You can switch from analyzing a legal clause to interviewing a marketing candidate without losing momentum.

Owner Mindset: You don't wait for instructions; you find problems and solve them.
