Role Description

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking a senior-level attorney to join its Advertising and E-Commerce Practice Group, Privacy Practice Group, and Artificial Intelligence Practice Group in its Washington, D.C. office.

• Candidates must have at least 5 years of legal experience, focusing on advertising and e-commerce technology and software transactions.
• Familiarity with consumer data, privacy, and artificial intelligence issues, either in an in-house or law firm setting, is required.
• The firm offers flexible options for successful candidates, including fully remote, hybrid, and full-time opportunities.
• The position requires in-depth legal and technical knowledge.
• Ideal candidates will have transactional and compliance experience helping companies in the e-commerce ecosystem, including service providers, with advertising technology and related agreements.
• Experience with online advertising, social media and advertising platforms, lead generation, payment processing, and artificial intelligence technology is preferred.
• Familiarity with privacy issues in those areas is also preferred.
• The attorney will provide proactive, strategic counsel to clients including e-commerce retailers, advertising platforms, lead generators, data brokers, software companies, and other technology companies.
• Candidates must have an excellent academic background and proven skills in writing, analysis, and research.
• A self-starter able to handle matters with minimal supervision is essential.
• A commitment to superior client service is essential.

Qualifications
