Role Description

Join Transcom as a Workplace AI Enablement Lead. You will be responsible for:

• Owning adoption of AI tools, ensuring measurable usage across the business.
• Building a champion network of early adopters to promote AI tools within their teams.
• Creating virtual teammates by teaching leaders to configure specialized notebooks and templates.
• Cutting through the noise of new features and translating them into non-technical language.
• Holding the line on safety by implementing established security and privacy principles.
• Proving success through gathering metrics and providing updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Real hands-on experience with AI tools such as Gemini Enterprise, NotebookLM, or equivalents.
• Deep working knowledge of a collaboration suite, preferably Google Workspace.
• Proven ability to explain complex AI capabilities in simple language.
• Instinctive bias towards time-saving workflows.
• High credibility among peers with a track record of building networks of advocates.
• Confidence in facilitating live sessions and engaging with diverse audiences.
• Solid understanding of enterprise compliance, security, and data privacy principles.
• Experience in digital adoption, enablement, or technical roles in large organizations.
• A degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, Communication, or related field.
• English verbal and written proficiency (C1 or higher).
• Well-developed communication skills and a team player mentality.
