[Hiring] Senior Windows Administrator @Unisys

Role Description

The Windows Admin provides ongoing Systems Administration support, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, applications, and connectivity components for Windows environments across multiple locations. This role provides technical support and advises on the use of programming tools, database systems, and networks.

• Remediation of daily incident tickets
• System compliance
• System run enhancement
• Testing and staging
• Policy/procedure enhancement
• Client contact coordination
• Operational recommendations to address availability and reliability issues on Windows systems

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong expertise in Windows systems administration
• Experience with Microsoft Server, including clustering
• Experience with VMware
• Required knowledge of disaster recovery (DR) and high-availability (HA) principles, including in cloud environments — Oracle OCI and Microsoft Azure
• U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required
