Role Description

Are you passionate about modern workplace technologies, endpoint management, and helping organizations transform their digital workplace? We're growing our Microsoft practice and looking for talented professionals with backgrounds ranging from 5 to 15 years of experience.

• Act as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Azure Infrastructure, Identity, and Security.
• Deliver technical workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities.
• Assess platform health, performance, resiliency, operational readiness, and security posture.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues through telemetry, diagnostics, and root cause analysis.
• Define and execute remediation plans aligned with business priorities.
• Support migrations, deployments, modernization programs, adoption initiatives, and service lifecycle activities.

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in consulting or customer-facing technical roles.
• Ability to lead workshops and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, security, delivery, and business teams.
