Role Description

Responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of a team of Information Security Analysts responsible for frontline monitoring and response to security alerts and incidents. Will work closely with IT leadership, security leadership, enterprise architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure the organization maintains effective, risk-based security practices that support business objectives.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in Information Security with demonstrated leadership across multiple security disciplines such as:
• Security Incident Response
• Security Operations / SOC leadership
• Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
• Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery
• Security Awareness & Training
• Security Administration or Controls Management
• Regulatory and Audit Oversight
• Proven ability to drive operational improvements and hold teams accountable for results.
• Hands-on experience supporting audits, completing security questionnaires, and gathering evidence.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.

Requirements

• CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional
• CCSP - Certified Cloud Security Professional
• CISM - Certified Information Security Manager
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Must be able to travel occasionally should a business need arise.
• Ability to work onsite in Corporate or Campus location (in a typical office environment) may be required based on role.
• If offsite or hybrid role, must have access to work in a setting which enables meeting all requirements of the role.
• This role may require lifting, however reasonable accommodations will be provided in accordance with our ADA policies.
• Must be able to meet critical thinking and problem solving aspects aligned to job duties, as well as effectively communicating with co-workers.
• Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant.
• Able to access information using a computer.

The expected salary range for this position is:

$133,600.00 - $200,400.00 - Salary
