Role Description

As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) System Application Analyst, Sr., your role will be deeply involved in each new engagement, as we go from inception to launch of new features and functionality.

• Identity & Access Management system improvement and maintenance.
• Engagement in research with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Co-manage the program schedule, resourcing, and action plans.
• Innovative and creative problem-solving to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, a related field, or a clinical field and four years’ work-related experience in the information technology field.
• OR Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or a clinical field and six years’ work-related experience.
• OR Associate’s degree in computer science, a related field, or a clinical field and seven years’ work-related experience.
• OR Eight years work-related experience in the information technology field.
• OR Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience in user access management and an expert understanding of the principles of user identity and access management.
• 2+ years direct experience implementing and/or administering large, organization-wide computer systems.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise system integration and complex data handling.
• Demonstrated expertise in programming/code development, with 4+ years of professional experience in Object Oriented Programming.
• Demonstrated web development, with 2+ years of professional experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or JavaScript frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex code in GIT or similar revision management system.
• Demonstrated experience in user access auditing, certification, and/or management.
• Demonstrated experience with relational databases and familiarity with SQL.
