Role Description

As an IT Principal Analyst for the Software Asset Management team, you will be a senior leader and subject matter expert, driving complex analysis, strategic planning, and successful delivery of high-impact IT solutions. Every day you will:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing advice, guidance, and support to help people adopt and embed best-practice approaches to software asset management
• Maintaining procedures in the assigned area of responsibility and reviewing them regularly for effectiveness and efficiency
• Managing and maintaining process compliance in line with business and regulatory requirements
• Identifying, assessing, and communicating associated risks
• Leading focused technical analysis discussions and driving review sessions for all necessary approvals
• Selecting, acquiring, and integrating data for analysis from sources such as SCCM, ServiceNow, Lawson/ERP, and other integrations
• Developing data hypotheses and methods, training and evaluating analytics models, sharing insights and findings
• Modeling and analyzing current state and future state processes
• Working closely with platform and department stakeholders to align expectations and roadmap desired functionalities
• Working on one or more projects or process areas as an expert within the ServiceNow SAM module

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Technology, Medical, Business discipline or equivalent experience

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience as a business, data, or technical analyst
• Experience in a healthcare or hospital/medical related industry
• Experience working with project life cycle and project management methodologies
• Experience in partnering with financial and vendor management partners to drive process adoption and adherence to product owner specifications
