[Hiring] Oracle Fusion Cloud Technology Lead @RS&H Talent Acquisition

Role Description

At RS&H, we believe infrastructure shapes communities and improves lives. We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Cloud Technology Lead to help drive one of the firm's most strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will provide technical leadership for our Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation, guiding architecture, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment activities across Oracle Cloud platforms. You will work closely with business leaders, technology teams, and implementation partners to deliver scalable, secure, and business-focused solutions that support the firm's long-term growth and success.

The Oracle Fusion Cloud Technology Lead serves as the senior technical authority for a large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation spanning ERP, CX Sales, and EPM platforms. This role is responsible for:

• Establishing technical strategy
• Governing solution delivery
• Managing implementation partners
• Ensuring successful deployment and operational readiness across the enterprise

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall technical strategy, architecture, and governance for the Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation program.
• Define and oversee enterprise integration solutions, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, middleware, and cross-platform data flows.
• Direct enterprise data migration efforts, ensuring data quality, testing readiness, and successful transition from legacy systems.
• Partner with internal technology teams and implementation vendors to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Govern technical delivery by reviewing solution designs, implementation plans, testing strategies, and deployment readiness activities.
• Identify, manage, and communicate technical risks, dependencies, and recommendations to key stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Lead go-live planning, production readiness assessments, and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption and system stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise technology experience with progressive technical leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading at least three full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations in a senior technical role.
• Oracle Cloud certification.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture, including ERP, CX Sales, and/or EPM.
• Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), APIs, middleware, enterprise integrations, and data migration strategies.
• Proven ability to influence technical and business stakeholders and communicate complex concepts to executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise programs that include ERP, CX Sales, and EPM implementations.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle AI capabilities.
• Experience with phased, multi-workstream, or large-scale cloud transformation initiatives.
• OCI and/or OIC certifications.
• PMP certification and/or a master's degree in a related field.
