Role Description

The role involves extensive experience in Microsoft technologies and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows Server, Active Directory, and GPOs
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and concisely at multiple levels between business and IT staff
• Outstanding time management and problem-solving skills
• End user Training and documentation experience
• Strong Microsoft Outlook skills

Requirements

• Ability to work with minimal direction
• Ability to work with a Distributed team
• Experience with working with Vendors to update Email preferences
• Experience with virtualization (VMWare)
• Understanding of monitoring systems (PRTG, Nagios)
• Experience with Backup and Replication systems (Backup Exec, Double-Take, RecoverPoint, Veeam)
• Need to be comfortable running PowerShell commands to extract data out of Exchange
• Microsoft Exchange or O365 Migration and troubleshooting experience
• Experience with O365 Migration tools like AvePoint, Bit Titan, etc.
• Experience with Proofpoint a plus
• Knowledge of migrating and validating SharePoint, One drive, and teams from one tenant to another
