Role Description

As a Network Analyst (Analista Infraestrutura de Redes PL), you will:

• Support the IT Infrastructure team through network systems monitoring, first-level troubleshooting, and assistance with equipment maintenance and small-scale network implementations.
• This position offers development and growth opportunities in a dynamic network operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and escalate issues when necessary.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and resolve basic connectivity issues.
• Interact with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to resolve outages and coordinate services.
• Support small network implementations and configurations.
• Assist with the maintenance and documentation of Aruba switches and wireless controllers.
• Support Fortinet firewall configurations and basic security monitoring activities.
• Assist with Infoblox DDI operations, including DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM).
• Document network changes and maintain up-to-date records for compliance and knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Advanced/Fluent English.
• Experience in infrastructure projects and small-scale implementations.
• Experience with network equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Switching, and Routing.
• Experience with Aruba, Fortinet, or similar technologies.
• CCNA certification is a plus.
