Role Description

We are looking for a Junior IT Helpdesk role with fluency in French to join our team in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Networks, Systems or related fields
• Native French speaker (required)
• Proficient English or Portuguese (required)
• Minimum experience in IT/Helpdesk
• Profile with strong ability to learn quickly
• Availability to work remotely in Portugal (office/event attendance up to 3 times/year)
