Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on IT Technical Support / AI Automation Developer who can support our cloud-based IT environment while also building practical automation and AI-enabled solutions for the business. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in Microsoft 365, cloud systems, user support, workflow automation, and AI tools, and who enjoys solving day-to-day IT issues while improving business processes through technology.

• Provide remote Level 1–2 technical support to employees.
• Troubleshoot issues involving laptops, Windows, email, applications, connectivity, VPN, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, including:
  • Exchange Online / Outlook.
  • Microsoft Teams.
  • SharePoint Online.
  • OneDrive.
  • Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
  • Microsoft 365 user accounts and licensing.
• Manage user provisioning, deactivation, MFA, permissions, and access controls.
• Support cloud-based applications and integrations used across the business.
• Assist with device management, endpoint security, and remote IT support.
• Support employee IT onboarding and offboarding.
• Build and maintain workflow automations to reduce repetitive and manual work.
• Develop AI-enabled tools, workflows, or internal applications for business functions such as HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Customer Service.
• Use AI tools and APIs to support document processing, reporting, data extraction, employee/user queries, and internal workflows.
• Build simple internal tools, applications, or integrations using low-code/no-code platforms and scripting where appropriate.
• Test, troubleshoot, document, and improve automation solutions.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, asset records, and system access records.
• Work with internal users and external vendors to resolve technical issues and implement system improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience in IT Technical Support, Systems Support, IT Automation, or a related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 in a business environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
• Practical experience using AI tools for automation or application development.
• Experience building or implementing automated workflows, integrations, or internal tools.
• Good understanding of Windows, user permissions, networking, cloud applications, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Able to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Comfortable supporting users remotely.

  • Low-code / no-code development platforms.
  • SQL or database querying.
  • GitHub or version control tools.
