Role Description

We are looking for an IT Security Analyst to help protect and strengthen our organization's cybersecurity posture. In this role, you will:

• Monitor and respond to security threats.
• Support security operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and controls.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our IT systems.
• Help maintain a secure and resilient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts and incidents following established incident response procedures.
• Analyze security events and identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and risks across the IT environment.
• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of security policies, standards, and operational procedures.
• Operate and maintain security monitoring solutions, including SIEM, endpoint protection, and threat detection tools.
• Participate in security assessments, vulnerability management activities, and remediation initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with security requirements and best practices.
• Contribute to maintaining the security, reliability, and resilience of IT infrastructure and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Security, System Administration, Network Administration, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and threat monitoring tools.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, incident response processes, and security best practices.
• Experience analyzing security events and troubleshooting security-related incidents.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
