Role Description

Magna Technology Group is a rapidly growing Digital Transformation consultancy specializing in implementations, advisory, & managed services associated with Salesforce's Data Cloud, AgentForce, Marketing Cloud, and Core CRM products. This posting is for a position on our India team!

• Lead company efforts to obtain and maintain SOC2 compliance.
• Plan and execute internal IT initiatives, such as system migrations, implementations, and workflow enhancements.
• Partner with People Ops teams to enforce company-wide IT security policies and lead data security training and compliance.
• Oversee vendor relationships with hardware suppliers and enterprise software vendors.
• Provide technical support for team members (US & India), resolving issues across different platforms and applications.
• Define and maintain IT ticket resolution, maintaining high internal customer satisfaction.
• Administer identity, access management, and single sign-on systems across all company software (e.g., Asana, Google Workspace, Slack).
• Manage the full IT lifecycle for hardware (procurement, configuration, deployment, tracking, and decommissioning) across the organization.
• Execute automated and frictionless IT onboarding/offboarding workflows for new hires and departing staff.
• Maintain an accurate IT Asset Management inventory, tracking laptop assignments, software licenses, and hardware upgrades.
• Optimize software license allocation to reduce unnecessary operational expenditure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT support/sysadmin experience with relevant education.
• Proven experience supporting distributed teams across multiple time zones (specifically US and India).
• Experience with SOC2 Certification and data security.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Has managed devices and data security for an organization.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to ask clarifying questions, and proactive attitude toward learning and improvement.
• Positive attitude, openness to feedback, and commitment to team delivery.
• Preferred Qualifications: Developer skills plus Salesforce experience and/or certifications a plus.
• Experience working with a U.S.-based company.

• Compensation: up to $30,000 USD
